Snack prep should be apart of your meal prep routine. Keeping healthy snacks can help with sugar and salt cravings throughout the day. They can also curb your appetite as well. Creating these hummus snack boxes are easy to prep on a Sunday and pack away in a Bento box.

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons Sabra Classic Hummus, divided
  • 1 cup fresh veggies (yellow squash, cucumber, red pepper, baby carrots, and snap peas.)

Method

    Rinse vegetables. Cut them into bite-size pieces. Some veggies — like snap peas and baby carrots — don’t need to be cut. Serve with hummus.
